Be Health conscious: Self-motivation will be automatically high if you get adequate sleep, take the daily vitamins, and have daily calisthenics. It is best to perform your works if you are feeling healthy and vibrant.

Stop being a perfectionist: Aim for work accomplishment & not perfection. Striving for work may lead to procrastination. Take an action: Spend some time in writing down important things that you like to do. Set your targets of action. Find out which is so important. And do start work on it.

Set your hours: Ask yourself that you are morning or afternoon person. Discover the best time of the day in which you feel most energetic. If you have the energy to do work in the morning, then it would be suitable you to do work that need more energy during the early morning. Late morning hours should be reserved for everyday jobs that need less thinking. If you have more power during the evening then you can seek useful work that will suit you.
